Upcoming highway drainage works on Whitehouse Lane

Duration: 5 days (overnight works, Monday to Friday, 18:30 – 06:00) 

As part of ongoing highway improvements in the area, essential drainage inspection and corrective works will be carried out overnight on Whitehouse Lane. These works are scheduled to begin on 8 December 2025 and will last for approximately 5 days. 

The works will involve inspecting and carrying out corrective maintenance on the highway drainage following recent carriageway surfacing. Overnight motor vehicle access to properties on Whitehouse Lane will be temporarily restricted, although pedestrian access will remain available. Some overnight noise disturbance may occur, but every effort will be made to minimise disruption.
